Terms & Conditions

Bookings will only be accepted through our website. The full payment is required when booking through the website. Shortly after, you will receive an invoice and booking confirmation via email. You may then keep in contact with us through email or our personal cell phone number. Our personal cell is only given in the booking confirmation email.

Your more than welcome to bring  your own food and drinks, although sparkling water is already provided.

 

Only two persons are allowed per boat ride. All persons must be 18+ to aboard. Weight limit must not exceed 400lbs, no exceptions. You will not aboard if age or weight limit is not respected, as it is crucial for your safety. No refunds will be given.

 

Please make sure to arrive promptly, as we will review safety measures, general instructions, helping you aboard, and your signatures for liability waiver forms. Your booking will be cancelled if late for 40min+, & no refunds will be given. No exceptions.

 

Fees:

-Please prepare to return from your boat ride 25-30min from your booking end time. Late arrivals will have a penalty fee of $1/minute.

-Any damages of broken or lost property will be charged.

 

Weather Policy:

If the weather shows +30% chance of rain or +17mph winds on your booking date, you will be notified 1 week before & 2 days before. If by 2 days before the weather still shows a +30% chance of rain or +17mph winds, you will be given a credit note valid for 30 days to reschedule. Or, a full refund will only be given if your picnic is cancelled due to the weather, no exceptions.

 

Cancellations must be made with at least 72hrs notice. Although keep in mind, there are no refunds. You will then be given a credit note valid for 30days to reschedule. Cancellations made 71hrs or less will not be given any credit notes. No exceptions..

 

We do not offer refunds, except only for cancellations due to the weather.
